Well, where do i start!This independent estate agent is absolutely brilliant. They helped me out no end when i was at the end of my tether with this.All staff are extremely professional especially the lettings department!I would definitely recommend this estate agent to any of my friends and family, better than the bigger agents by far.
We rented 2 rooms with my friend in Avonmouth. The house was a disaster, wheb we arrived we had to clean for ourselves.They always said the cleaner will come but never showed. So we decided to leave, my friend got his deposit back but I did not. They stole 200 from me. Absolutely unreliable agents. Stay away from them..
Avoid this estate agent, Ive had so many issues with them from the very start and only been in the property 5 months. It started when they changed our move in date 3 times which meant I had to continuously change dates with work and people helping us to move. Then on the day of our move in after a 20 minuite lecture on how to keep the property clean which was very patronising, we turned up to an absolutely discusting house, filthy oven and carpets with stains everywhere, the bathroom was the worst they had left wee in the toilet and nothing had been cleaned which meant I had to put moving my things in on hold in order to clean the house myself before I could actually move in. After moving in the shower did not work which we reported straight away it took them a week to get someone to come over who patched the job rather than completing it leaving us with a leaky shower you could not adjust, but told us that it was perfectly adequate. Then after our first inspection I reported that the cupboard door had come unhinged but said I was getting it fixed myself, the estate agent told me not to worry as she would get the maintainance man to come round after around 5 weeks I finally got a call to arrange this we agreed on a date and time and I swapped my day at work because when he came round before he had unessisarily moved our things. I waited in on that day for him to come round after being told he would be there in the morning I got a phone call at 3:45 telling me he couldnt make it and she would call me back at the end of the week to rearrange, she didnt call me back for 3 weeks and we the arranged another date and I had said it needed to be first thing I.e 9am, I waited in on that day and he didnt turn up I received no communication as to why he wasnt coming or even an apology for wasting my time twice, I have now told them not to bother as I am getting it fixed myself. I will never use this estate agent again nothing but problems!!
Extremely unreliable Really unprofessional house was dirty when we moved in had to clean ourself... and they had the cheek to say to us you have to professionally clean your property before you leave called them about the shower took them 3 weeks to fix, Called them about the cupboard door that took 3 weeks.... they said he was coming to fix it on the Tuesday never showed up and the estate agent rang us last minute to tell us hes not coming. Also I forgot they cancelled on us twice when we were moving in... really poor estate agent definitely wouldnt recommend.
