Had a terrible experience as a someone who lived in their rental properties as well as the land lady herself. Terrible service and terrible ethic to how they treated usI may have not have been the tennancy holder, but i lived in their routine and i am not mistaken on the country property. This is the one based on Chipping Sodbury highstreet next to the old Natwest Bank.
Paul Cragg was extremely helpful and despite multiple problems with the vendor, including them leaving all their tenants rubbish and faeces in the house, he went out of his way to help me move some of the junk from the attic - and that was after the monies had been transferred, so he didn't have to help me at all. Highly recommend.
