Most helpful estate agents on Chipping Sodbury High street. Popped in to a couple different offices on the street and these guys were by far the most welcoming, even offered me a cup of tea! They were able to answer all my questions, local knowledge is excellent!
Nice to your face, watch whats said behind your back!!! Appalling customer service. I called to cancel a viewing on a property I had been misled to believe was new to the market but rather than waste anyones time I called and cancelled. Only the phone was not hung up correctly and what I heard next was nothing short of shocking. And I quote she ( thats me the employee is talking about) said the roads too busy, what does she f**king expect! Every house is on a f**king road! (Colleague agrees in background) employee continues what an idiot! they will never find anywhere if thats their attitude The tirade of abuse continued for a good few minutes.....Umm, dont think its me with the attitude
