Chipping Sodbury Caravans won't respond to my numerous attempts to contact them to help me resolve a fault with a caravan purchased brand new from them. This is the second van I've bought from them and feel customer care is now non-existent.
Went to look and fell across our new caravan. Sales were really good, gave a part ex price from a distance without seeing van before we visited. Kept it all really simple and we had no issues. On the collection day, it was all straight forward and everything on the new van was explained really well. Really impressed with stock held and the prices were competitive.Didnt feel rushed or pressured.
