Customer friendly staff
I've bought my last 2 cars, DS3's here, and over the past 6 years have had the pleasure of dealing with Wilcox for all their servicing and MOTs, despite moving areas. Actually, I say all, I had one done in Bristol just for convenience and I regretted it.. I know Citroen UK get some bad press for their customer service, however that hasn't been my experience at all. Wilcox have done 2 goodwill gestures on issues with my cars out of warranty, so I suspect having a great dealership like Wilcox fight your corner gets you better results from Citroen UK than a big branch elsewhere.Cannot fault you guys at all, thank you very much for all your time and help.
A very good dealer for MG and I've twice been here for my MG3s servicing. A nice place to be with friendly and professional staff.
I bought my Citroen Picasso from Dave at Wilcox last year, he was so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, it was because of Dave that I went through with the purchase. I have since received excellent treatment from the service side with MOT and other minor issues, they have been very obliging.
