Not a fan of leaving negative reviews at all but feel obliged to now after the poor aftersales treatment from G&J sales. I purchased a refurbished Americano Jukebox from Jason just last year (still in warranty with G&J sales) paying over 4000 in total. Upon setup and installation of the unit there were countless problems with the sound not working and certain functions on the juke box were broken which involved me having to contact Jason on more than one occasion to get parts replaced after only weeks.... and surprisingly involved him being rude&Irate with me on the telephone after expressing my frustration the Second time around. I spoke to Jason In great detail upon installation of my juke box- regarding the fact I would be moving home this year (2017) and was concerned about moving the jukebox myself, He informed me that if I contacted him he would arrange to move it and set it up again for me. Now I've tried contacting Jason/G&J sale's, via telephone, email and text message but have had no reply, if there were issues with my juke box as it's still covered by warranty-then I wouldn't be able to get hold of G&J sales to resolve them. I think this is terrible considering the money I spent on a juke box which had various faults!! I wanted to up-grade my juke box and was even potentially looking at part exchanging mine in to Jason; as well as the fact my brother wanted to now buy a jukebox and I initially directed him to G&J sales to buy one. In hindsight I wish I had gone to home leisure in Bristol. I'm really really disappointed to be honest, a simple reply via email would have sufficed.....This is my own personal opinion based on my experience with G&J sales, you may well find good reviews on their website but I've not had a good experience with them considering the money I've spent. Even though I am still in the warranty period should any mechanical issues arise then I'll pay somebody that I can actually get hold of to come out and rectify them - Very poor and I regret buying from G&J sales now.
Superb service from Jason. He was very helpful in helping us to choose which model we wanted , and didn't try to talk us into anything. He certainly knows everything there is to know about jukeboxes ! Fantastic family business , highly recommended !
G & J Sales have a great selection of jukeboxes at their fantastic showroom and Jason was only too willing to talk through the best jukebox offers available without giving the hard sell. I would recommend using G & J Sales to anyone wanting a new or reconditioned jukebox.
