My husband and I have been using this FANTASTIC training gym for 2 years, and we both would say its the best life style choice we have ever made!! I really look forward to the next session ,and dare I say , the gym monthly challenge!! Doesnt matter how old you are( or young) or how fit , everyone needs to get on board!! T&J
My wife has been trying to get fit for years and has had a couple of personal trainers over that time. With the guy's at Aspire she has found people who actually do the job well. They watch her every move and push her to do things she did not think she could, not looking at their phones or worse at themselves in the mirror. As a result she is much fitter, losing weight, toning up and has started doing Park runs. She no longer see's going to the gym a chore but as something to look forward to as she gets a sense of achievement when she goes getting out of bed at 5.30am for the first session of the day. The only downside is the ever increasing array of gym gear she has bought and the healthy meals we now eat.
